Imeroprubart in Adult Participants With Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP)
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with typical CIDP or specific CIDP variants (multifocal or motor CIDP) as per 2021 EAN/PNS guidelines
- Electrodiagnostic tests supporting CIDP diagnosis according to EAN/PNS guidelines
- Currently on stable doses of systemic corticosteroids or immunoglobulin therapy for at least 3 months at screening
You will not qualify if you...
- History or current presence of IgM paraproteinemia with or without anti-myelin-associated-glycoprotein antibodies
- Diagnosis of distal, sensory, focal CIDP, or autoimmune nodopathy
- Polyneuropathy caused by conditions other than CIDP including multifocal motor neuropathy, hereditary neuropathy, POEMS syndrome, lumbosacral radiculoplexus neuropathy, systemic illnesses, drug or toxin-induced neuropathies
- Diabetes mellitus with poorly controlled disease or lacking typical CIDP features with strong demyelination evidence
- History of myelopathy or central demyelination
