You may qualify if you...

  • Have diabetes with a diabetic foot ulcer
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Have impaired cognitive function
  • Are currently on immune suppressive treatment
  • Have diagnosed active cancer
  • Are undergoing cancer treatment
  • Have a known chronic inflammatory disease
