Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 years
- Patients presenting to the Division of Hematology or Transplantation and Cellular Therapy, including those with various hematologic malignancies and bone marrow failure
- Stem cell transplant donors cleared for donation and generally healthy
- Patients planned for or receiving stem cell transplant or cellular therapy
- Patients undergoing CAR T cell therapy including treatments with CARs, T-cell receptor transgenic cells, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, or donor lymphocyte infusion
- Ability to provide blood, cerebrospinal fluid, bone marrow, or serum samples
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnancy for patients undergoing CAR T therapy
- No other exclusion criteria for patients in Arms A, B, and D
