Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 75 years
- Moderate to severe chronic psoriasis with body surface area of 3% or more
- Psoriasis duration of at least 6 months
- Candidate for systemic therapy
- Informed consent obtained
- For females, negative beta-hCG test and acceptance of contraception
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of severe infections including hepatitis, HIV, or tuberculosis
- Significant allergies to biological agents
- History of malignancy
- Refusal to use contraception
- Serious or unstable/uncontrolled illnesses
