Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Girls aged 9 to 14 years
- Have not received any HPV vaccine products
- Reside permanently at the research site
- Participant and legal guardian voluntarily agree to participate and have signed informed consent
- Able to complete all scheduled blood collections and follow-up visits
You will not qualify if you...
- Fever (≥38.5°C) within 72 hours before enrollment or axillary temperature >37.0°C on enrollment day
- HIV infection or other immunocompromising conditions
- Acute illness or acute phase of chronic disease
- History of severe allergic reaction to any vaccine component or previous vaccinations
- Contraindications to intramuscular injection (e.g., thrombocytopenia, coagulation disorders, anticoagulant therapy)
- Received non-live vaccines within 14 days or live vaccines within 28 days before HPV vaccination
- Received blood or blood products within 3 months prior or planned use within 6 months after first vaccination
- Any condition placing participant at unacceptable risk or interfering with study adherence or vaccine response assessment
