Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Signed and dated informed consent form
  • Willingness to follow all study procedures and attend two study visits at least 1 week apart
  • All genders, aged 18 to 60 years
  • Good general health without medical conditions or prior injuries that increase risk during the study
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Serious medical conditions such as cardiovascular, metabolic (diabetes), rheumatologic, pulmonary, or musculoskeletal diseases
  • Multiple ligament ruptures or trauma
  • Rheumatoid arthritis or other significant comorbidities
  • Lower extremity vascular problems, including history of deep vein thrombosis
  • History of sickle cell trait or disease
  • Use of anticoagulant medications
  • Pregnancy
  • Participation in another investigational treatment within one month before study start
  • Current smoker or tobacco use within 3 months before study start
  • Febrile illness within 2 weeks before study start
