Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Signed and dated informed consent form
- Willingness to follow all study procedures and attend two study visits at least 1 week apart
- All genders, aged 18 to 60 years
- Good general health without medical conditions or prior injuries that increase risk during the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Serious medical conditions such as cardiovascular, metabolic (diabetes), rheumatologic, pulmonary, or musculoskeletal diseases
- Multiple ligament ruptures or trauma
- Rheumatoid arthritis or other significant comorbidities
- Lower extremity vascular problems, including history of deep vein thrombosis
- History of sickle cell trait or disease
- Use of anticoagulant medications
- Pregnancy
- Participation in another investigational treatment within one month before study start
- Current smoker or tobacco use within 3 months before study start
- Febrile illness within 2 weeks before study start
