Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder
- Have a total Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score greater than 5
- Be 18 years old or older with at least a junior high school education
- Voluntarily agree to participate and sign informed consent
- Have acute insomnia disorder lasting less than 3 months
You will not qualify if you...
- Have serious physical or severe mental illnesses or suicide risk
- Have diagnosed or suspected sleep breathing disorders, restless legs syndrome, sleep-wake rhythm disorders, or be shift workers
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are currently undergoing any psychological treatment
