Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder
  • Have a total Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score greater than 5
  • Be 18 years old or older with at least a junior high school education
  • Voluntarily agree to participate and sign informed consent
  • Have acute insomnia disorder lasting less than 3 months
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Have serious physical or severe mental illnesses or suicide risk
  • Have diagnosed or suspected sleep breathing disorders, restless legs syndrome, sleep-wake rhythm disorders, or be shift workers
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Are currently undergoing any psychological treatment
