Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy, recreationally active females aged 18 to 39 years
- Meet WHO physical activity guidelines: 150-300 minutes moderate or 75-150 minutes vigorous activity weekly plus muscle-strengthening 2 or more days per week
- Stable body weight within ±5 pounds for 2 months
- Normal menstrual cycle
- Not on a low-carb, high-fat diet or intermittent fasting
- Not pregnant or actively trying to become pregnant
