Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Healthy, recreationally active females aged 18 to 39 years
  • Meet WHO physical activity guidelines: 150-300 minutes moderate or 75-150 minutes vigorous activity weekly plus muscle-strengthening 2 or more days per week
  • Stable body weight within ±5 pounds for 2 months
  • Normal menstrual cycle
  • Not on a low-carb, high-fat diet or intermittent fasting
  • Not pregnant or actively trying to become pregnant
