Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients 18 years or older at time of consent
- Mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis (AD) with body surface area (BSA) of 10% or less
- Investigator Global Assessment (IGA) score of 3 or less
- No past biologic therapy for AD
- No systemic therapy for AD within the past 3 months
- No topical therapy for AD within the past 4 weeks
- For Phase 2, must have at least one eczema patch at least 5 cm in diameter
You will not qualify if you...
- Under 18 years old
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Medical conditions such as end-stage congestive heart failure or coagulopathy that contraindicate skin biopsy
- Prior biologic treatment or systemic non-biologic treatment (e.g., methotrexate) within 12 weeks
- Use of topical therapy for AD within 4 weeks
- Participation in Phase 1b (for Phase 2 exclusion)
