Age: 18Years +
All Genders

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients 18 years or older at time of consent
  • Mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis (AD) with body surface area (BSA) of 10% or less
  • Investigator Global Assessment (IGA) score of 3 or less
  • No past biologic therapy for AD
  • No systemic therapy for AD within the past 3 months
  • No topical therapy for AD within the past 4 weeks
  • For Phase 2, must have at least one eczema patch at least 5 cm in diameter
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Under 18 years old
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Medical conditions such as end-stage congestive heart failure or coagulopathy that contraindicate skin biopsy
  • Prior biologic treatment or systemic non-biologic treatment (e.g., methotrexate) within 12 weeks
  • Use of topical therapy for AD within 4 weeks
  • Participation in Phase 1b (for Phase 2 exclusion)
