Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Designated female at birth
  • Age between 40 and 60 years
  • Able to give informed consent without intellectual disability
  • Stable medication regimen with no changes in the past 3 months
  • Abstinent from regular cannabis use (less than once per month) for the past year and willing to abstain for 3 months
  • No changes in supplement use for the past 3 months
  • Own a smartphone
  • Have access to Zoom with a secure, stable internet connection
  • Currently experiencing perimenopause or menopause
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Currently taking antidepressant, anti-anxiety, or antipsychotic medications
  • Severe depression, neurovegetative symptoms, or current suicidality
  • History of psychosis or family history of psychosis
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Undergoing chemotherapy
  • Have hypotension
  • Subject to drug testing for work or other reasons
  • Illicit drug use in the past 3 months (excluding cannabis)
  • Heavy alcohol use (4 or more drinks more than 4 times per week)
  • Planning international or air travel for more than one week during the next 3 months
