Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- First pregnancy (primiparity)
- Singleton pregnancy
- Gestational age between 11 and 13 weeks
- Age between 20 and 35 years
- Body mass index between 18 and 30
- Receiving pregnancy check-ups at the hospital conducting the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Heart condition affecting blood flow
- History of restrictive lung disease
- Multiple pregnancies
- Severe anemia
- Musculoskeletal problems limiting movement
