Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • First pregnancy (primiparity)
  • Singleton pregnancy
  • Gestational age between 11 and 13 weeks
  • Age between 20 and 35 years
  • Body mass index between 18 and 30
  • Receiving pregnancy check-ups at the hospital conducting the study
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Heart condition affecting blood flow
  • History of restrictive lung disease
  • Multiple pregnancies
  • Severe anemia
  • Musculoskeletal problems limiting movement
