Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of spinal cord injury (traumatic or non-traumatic) with limb weakness confirmed by evidence
- Age over 18 years
- Access to the internet and a computer or smartphone capable of videoconferencing
- Sufficient English language and cognitive ability to complete self-report questionnaires and understand program content
- Ability to communicate verbally or through writing
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe cognitive impairments preventing online learning and evaluation completion
- Suicidal intent requiring emergency care
- Consistent psychotherapy within the last 6 months
- Current or planned participation in psychological therapy or a clinical trial during the study that could affect outcomes
- Congenital spinal cord injury such as spinal bifida
