Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with drug resistant epilepsy according to International League Against Epilepsy criteria
- Stable epilepsy treatment for at least 3 months
- No planned epilepsy surgery
- Affiliated with social security insurance or beneficiary of it
- Signed informed consent to participate
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous or regular practice of mindfulness
- Diagnosis of psychogenic non-epileptic seizures
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Persons deprived of liberty by judicial or administrative decision
- Persons under legal protection
- Patients with psychosis-related relationship disorders
- Patients unable or unwilling to participate in group sessions or understand session topics
