Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Breast-conserving surgery
- Breast tumor diagnosed by imaging as a single focus via mammography, ultrasound, or MRI
- Pathological diagnosis of carcinoma in situ or invasive carcinoma
- Oncoplastic surgery without associated flaps
You will not qualify if you...
- Male patients
- History of breast cancer in the same breast
- Oncoplastic surgery that includes flaps
- Multifocal or multicentric breast cancer
- Pregnant or breastfeeding patients
- Stage IV breast cancer
- Patients eligible for mastectomy
