Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Women aged 18 to 45 years
- Prior surgery with pathology confirming endometriosis
- Not currently practicing yoga
- Moderate baseline pain with a score of 5 or higher on VAS
- Access to internet with Wi-Fi for Zoom and weekly surveys
- Access to required items for yoga sessions (2 blankets or towels, firm pillow, stable chair, wall space, comfortable clothing, water)
- Ability to commit to the full 12-week yoga course
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant patients
- Current established yoga participation or moderate exercise routine
- Physical trauma or disability
- Planned surgery or hormonal medication change during the study
- Patients who do not speak English
