Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with congenital heart disease and aged between 12 and 26 years
- Able to provide assent when seen by a pediatric or adult congenital cardiologist
- Some patients may identify as having a disability or have disabilities noted in medical or educational records
- Able to provide assent or consent and complete study activities in English or Spanish
- Participants under 18 must have a legal guardian able to provide consent in English or Spanish
