What this Trial Is About
The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate if plasma ctDNA and eccDNA before resection for suspicion of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) can predict early recurrence and overall survival, and to investigate if plasma ctDNA combined with CT scan and endoscopic ultrasound surveillance increases the median overall survival compared with standard-of-care surveillance.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Suspicion of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) tumor stage I-III, scheduled for pancreatic resection, with or without preoperative chemotherapy
- For Sub-study 2: PDAC tumor stage I-III
- For Sub-study 2: Has received intended curative resection (R0/R1) of PDAC
- For Sub-study 2: No signs of local recurrence or metastatic disease on CT scan 4 months after surgery
You will not qualify if you...
- History of other cancers (except skin cancer other than melanoma) within 3 years before inclusion
- Patients unlikely to comply with the study protocol or unable to return for follow-up visits
- Patients considered unlikely by the Investigator to complete the study
