Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Female patients aged 18 to 70 years
  • Patients with inguinal (direct or indirect), femoral, or obturator hernias
  • Patients scheduled for TAPP (Transabdominal Preperitoneal) surgery
  • Patients who consent to participate in the study
  • Patients suitable for general anesthesia
  • Patients able to attend follow-up appointments regularly
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Female patients younger than 18 or older than 70 years
  • Patients undergoing hernia repair techniques other than TAPP (e.g., TEP or conventional surgery)
  • Patients with strangulated or incarcerated hernias
  • Patients with hernias outside the groin region
  • Surgeries performed in clinics other than Basaksehir Cam Sakura City Hospital
  • Male patients
