Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Age 60 years or older.
  • Planned allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) in the next 1 to 6 months for Cohort A (Prehab).
  • Diagnosed with hematological malignancy as the reason for HCT.
  • Classified as pre-frail or frail by Fried frailty phenotype for Cohort A (Prehab).
  • Planned allogeneic HCT or HCT within the last 30 days for Cohort B (Rehab).
  • Age 60 years or older for Cohort B (Rehab).
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of comorbid disability or illness that prevents safe participation in exercise for both Cohorts A and B.
