Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients aged 0 to 22 years
  • Diagnosis of leukemia or non-Hodgkin lymphoma
  • Spanish is the preferred language for patient, parent, or guardian
  • Received or currently receiving care at the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patients without an oncologic diagnosis
  • Patients whose parents prefer English
  • Patients who received care only outside the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders
