Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Fluent in English and able to volunteer in the informed consent process
- Aged 14 to 18 years inclusive
- Diagnosed with major depressive disorder based on psychologist evaluation and DSM-5 criteria
- Moderate to severe depression symptoms with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score greater than 20
- Current treatments do not need to be discontinued
You will not qualify if you...
- Participated in an investigational drug trial within the past three months
- Contraindications to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation such as history of epilepsy, metallic foreign bodies, or implanted medical devices
- Actively psychotic symptoms including disorganized thought, delusions, paranoia, or hallucinations
- Actively suicidal with a plan and intent and under one-to-one close observation
- For females of childbearing potential, a positive pregnancy test
