You may qualify if you...

  • Patients aged 65 years or older
  • Clinicians aged 18 years or older
  • Patients undergoing fecal ostomy surgery and their clinicians
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Cognitive impairment preventing completion of consent procedures based on the teach-back method
