Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Clinic is a primary care clinic
- Clinic has at least 20 active American Indian or Alaska Native (AI/AN) patients aged 55 years or older
- Clinic has an electronic health record (EHR) system
- Clinic does not plan to change EHR systems in the next year
- Clinic is willing to conduct 40 limited patient chart reviews to assess quality of care metrics for AI/AN patients with MCI and ADRD, staff permitting
- Primary care providers (MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner, or PA) regularly providing care to AI/AN patients aged 65 and older
- Patients recorded as AI/AN in EHR
- Patients aged 55 or older at start of data collection period
- Patients are active clinic patients with prevalent ADRD as of the start of each data extraction period
- Patients have had at least one primary care clinic visit during the data extraction period
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
