Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Males 40-75 years old with at least 9 months of estrogen and/or progesterone hormone therapy
- Females 40-75 years old with any history of testosterone hormone therapy, with or without cosmetic mastectomy but not complete mastectomy
- Individuals aged 30-39 with a first or second degree family member with breast cancer
- Persons who have had breast cancer screening before
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Ability to understand and sign informed consent
- Board-certified breast radiology faculty employed at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin who read ABUS and MMG imaging
- Breast radiology technicians, nurses, or clerical staff at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin
- Ability to understand and sign informed consent (for faculty and staff)
You will not qualify if you...
- Females who have had or plan to have a complete mastectomy
- Females who are post-menopausal on estrogen with or without progesterone therapy
- Personal history of breast cancer or known high-risk gene mutations (e.g., BRCA1/2)
- Radiologists who are not board-certified or do not specialize in breast imaging
- Radiologists who do not read ABUS and MMG or have not read imaging for study participants
- Breast radiology staff who do not work with the breast radiology team
