Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participants aged 18 to 80 years at screening, or 16 to under 18 years if Tanner Stage 5
- Confirmed diagnosis of moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease for at least 3 months prior to baseline
- Inadequate response, loss of response, or intolerance to conventional or advanced therapies
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of ulcerative colitis or indeterminate colitis
- Missing two entire segments among terminal ileum, right colon, transverse colon, sigmoid, left colon, and rectum
- Prior or current high-grade gastrointestinal dysplasia
- Not on stable doses of conventional therapy prior to baseline
- Receiving prohibited medications or therapies
- Previous exposure to anti-TL1A investigational therapy
