Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Systemically healthy subjects (ASA I & II) between 18 and 70 years old
- Diagnosed with necrotic pulp or previously initiated (accessed) tooth
- Posterior maxillary or mandibular molar tooth
- Presence of opposing tooth with normal occlusal contact
- Tooth requires cuspal coverage
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant females
- Patients with significant medical conditions (ASA III & IV)
- History of bruxism or clenching
- Took analgesics, antibiotics, or other drugs altering pain within 12 hours before treatment
- History of allergic reactions to medications or materials used in treatment
- Tooth with no contacts, premature contact, or fewer than three teeth on one jaw side
- Tooth mobility greater than grade I or pocket depth over 5mm
- Non-restorable crowns, severely curved root canals, or post-treatment endodontic disease
