Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 20 to 60 years old
- Regularly consume 3 meals per day
- Like, are willing to eat, and have no allergies or restrictions to the study foods
- Willing to avoid drinking alcohol the day before study visits
- Willing to eat a consistent breakfast on study visit days
- Have a body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 29.9 kg/m2
You will not qualify if you...
- Experienced a weight change greater than 5 kilograms in the past month
- Are a smoker
- Are an athlete in training
- Take medications or have health conditions that affect taste, smell, thirst, or appetite
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or depression
- Specialize in psychology or nutritional sciences
