Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult patients 18 years old
- Patients with sepsis must meet two or more criteria of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS)
- Spontaneously breathing patients
- Clinical signs of acute circulatory failure
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients younger than 18 years old
- Patients who are mechanically ventilated
