Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Adult patients 18 years old
  • Patients with sepsis must meet two or more criteria of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS)
  • Spontaneously breathing patients
  • Clinical signs of acute circulatory failure
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patients younger than 18 years old
  • Patients who are mechanically ventilated
