Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Female sex
- Age 18 years or older
- Signed informed consent
- Documented germline harmful mutation in BRCA1 and/or BRCA2
- No history of cancer, OR radically treated breast cancer, OR stage IV breast cancer diagnosed after BRCA1-2 mutation detection
- Admission to the participating Center since January 1, 2010 (retrospective cohort) or after site activation (prospective cohort)
You will not qualify if you...
- Other malignancies diagnosed within five years before BRCA1-2 mutation detection, except for stage I-II ovarian cancer, basal or squamous cell skin carcinoma, melanoma in situ, or cervical carcinoma in situ
