400 patients will be enrolled and divided into 3 cohorts: Cohort A: patients with high risk localized prostate cancer (PC) defined as \>cT3 or PSA \> 20 ng/mL or presence of ECE or SVI at mpMRI; Cohort B: patients with de novo metastatic hormone sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC); Cohort C: patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) progressing on a standard treatment.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age > 18 years
- Diagnosis of prostate cancer in one of the following groups: Cohort A: High risk localized prostate cancer (>cT3 or PSA > 20 ng/mL or presence of ECE or SVI at mpMRI) with tissue from diagnostic biopsy or prostatectomy and undergoing or completed curative treatment but not started follow-up pathway Cohort B: De novo metastatic hormone sensitive prostate cancer with tissue from diagnostic biopsy and, if possible, metastatic site biopsy; treatment not started or started within past 3 months Cohort C: Metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer progressing on standard treatment with tissue from metastatic site biopsy and, if possible, primary site biopsy
- Ability to understand and provide informed consent
- Willingness to comply with biopsy of metastatic site (for cohort C) and follow-up assessment schedule
