Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 40 and 75 years
- Clinically and/or pathologically diagnosed cancer (for case participants)
- No prior or ongoing systemic or local cancer treatments such as surgery, radiochemotherapy, endocrinotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or interventional therapy (for case participants)
- Able to provide written informed consent and willing to follow all study procedures
- Without confirmed cancer diagnosis (for control participants)
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Known prior or current diagnosis of other types of malignancies (for case participants)
- Participation in an interventional clinical trial within the past 30 days with experimental drug use (for case participants)
- History of organ, bone marrow, or stem cell transplant
- Blood transfusion within 30 days before screening
- Received therapy in the past 14 days before screening, including oral or IV antibiotics, glucocorticoids, azacitidine, decitabine, procainamide, hydrazine, or arsenic trioxide
- Failure to collect blood samples on schedule or samples not meeting requirements
- No previous history of malignancy (for control participants)
- Unsuitable for the trial as determined by researchers (for control participants)
