Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Community-dwelling adults aged 50 years or older
- HK-MoCA score between 18 and 22
- Mild Behavioral Impairment Checklist (MBI-C) score of 7 or higher
- Subjective Cognitive Decline questionnaire (SCD-9) score of 3 or higher
- Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) score less than 18
- Able to read and communicate in Chinese
- Able to use text or voice messaging on a smartphone
You will not qualify if you...
- Clinical diagnosis of dementia
- Clinical diagnosis of psychiatric disease
- Currently participating in any psychological or behavioral intervention for neuropsychiatric symptoms
- Currently taking psychiatric medication
- Currently receiving acute care or post-acute hospitalization care
