Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Liver cirrhosis diagnosed by clinical assessment and radiology or biopsy with fibrosis grade 4 (ICD-code K70.3, K74.6)
- MELD score less than 25
- Ability to understand the Swedish language
- Signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Performance status of 3 or higher
- Severe pain that prevents physical activity as judged by the attending physician at discharge
- Previous liver transplant
- Unlikely to comply with follow-up due to living far away as judged by the attending physician at discharge
