- Age 75 years or younger with histologically proven large-cell lung carcinoma
- No severe major organ dysfunction
- World Health Organization (WHO) performance status of 0 or 1
- No previous cancer chemotherapy
You will not qualify if you...
- Age 76 years or older
- Severe major organ dysfunction
- World Health Organization (WHO) performance status greater than 1
- Prior cancer chemotherapy
