Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Males or females of any age and any ethnicity diagnosed with any healthcare-related condition or disease-free individuals from the general population, including unaffected family members
- Ability to understand and sign a written informed consent form approved by the Institutional Review Board
You will not qualify if you...
- Inability or refusal to provide informed consent by the patient or legally-acceptable representative
- Any condition that the Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator believes may increase risk or affect the quality of the registry project
