Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Written informed consent of the patient or legal proxy
- Confirmed diagnosis of pustular psoriasis by a dermatologist, including any subtype: PPP, GPP/AGEP, ACH, or mixed phenotype
- For GPP: Primary, sterile pustules on non-acral skin, with or without systemic inflammation, plaque psoriasis, relapsing or persistent
- For PPP: Primary, persistent sterile pustules on palms and/or soles, with or without plaque psoriasis
- For ACH: Primary, persistent sterile pustules affecting the nail area, with or without plaque psoriasis
- Active pustulation with white, yellow, or brown pustules within six months before baseline (not mandatory at baseline)
- Sufficient language skills for informed consent
- Patients of all ancestries and skin pigment types
- Up to two direct non-affected adult relatives (over 18 years) may participate to provide DNA for genetic analysis
You will not qualify if you...
- Any medical or psychological condition that may prevent participation in the registry for 5 years
- Lack of informed consent for registry participation
