Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of alpha thalassemia (prenatal or postnatal) with genotype consistent with alpha thalassemia major or Bart's hydrops fetalis syndrome phenotype
- Referred to the University of California, San Francisco Fetal Treatment Center for fetal diagnosis, management, or evaluation for an ongoing in utero stem cell transplantation clinical trial
