Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Being a frontline doctor or nurse working in local public settings
- At least 18 years old
- Able to read and understand Chinese
- Have access to the Internet
- Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and/or Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) score of 5 or higher indicating mild depression and/or anxiety
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently taking psychotropic medication
- Actively suicidal
