Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Being a frontline doctor or nurse working in local public settings
  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to read and understand Chinese
  • Have access to the Internet
  • Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and/or Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) score of 5 or higher indicating mild depression and/or anxiety
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Currently taking psychotropic medication
  • Actively suicidal
