- Patients who have had a respiratory certified personal care assistant during the period from 2016 to 2025
You will not qualify if you...
- Not tracheostomized
- Tracheostomized but breathing spontaneously throughout 2016 to 2025
- Not discharged to home, assisted living, nursing home, or rehabilitation during 2016 to 2025
