Age: 12Years +

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for at least 12 months
  • Use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to manage diabetes
  • Average daily CGM use is 70% or less
  • Baseline average insulin bolus injections are 3 times a day or fewer
  • Use diabetes technology that allows tracking of insulin bolus administration if working to improve it
  • Cognitively able to participate in the incentive program and complete surveys
  • Have access to a mobile phone to receive information about goals and incentives
  • Able to upload glucose and insulin data remotely
  • Caregivers willing to participate and complete surveys
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Average CGM wear is greater than 70% or insulin bolus injections are more than 3 times a day at screening
  • Not interested in using technology to track insulin bolus if working to improve it
  • Cognitively or physically unable to participate
  • Adolescent is a ward of the state
  • Severe other major chronic health conditions impacting daily management or health
  • Caregivers not willing to participate and complete surveys
