Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- At least 18 years old.
- Stroke patients with unilateral cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, more than three months following the stroke.
- Adequate cognitive ability to follow instructions (Arabic Mini-Mental State Examination score > 24).
- Modified Ashworth scale score less than 3.
- Fugl-Meyer Assessment score between 10 and 58 indicating moderate-to-severe arm impairment.
You will not qualify if you...
- Visual impairment, field defect, hemi-sensory inattention, or unilateral neglect.
- Wernicke's aphasia or global aphasia causing difficulty following instructions.
- Any contraindication to non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS).
- Other neurological conditions or participation in another study.
