Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Stroke patients with unilateral cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, more than three months following the stroke.
  • Adequate cognitive ability to follow instructions (Arabic Mini-Mental State Examination score > 24).
  • Modified Ashworth scale score less than 3.
  • Fugl-Meyer Assessment score between 10 and 58 indicating moderate-to-severe arm impairment.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Visual impairment, field defect, hemi-sensory inattention, or unilateral neglect.
  • Wernicke's aphasia or global aphasia causing difficulty following instructions.
  • Any contraindication to non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS).
  • Other neurological conditions or participation in another study.
