Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to read and write
- Receiving oncologic treatment
- Diagnosed with breast cancer
- Aware of medical diagnosis
- Disease stage 1, 2, or 3
- Receiving outpatient chemotherapy treatment only
- Have internet access and computer skills for online group sessions
- Low to moderate scores on the brief psychological resilience scale
You will not qualify if you...
- Serious psychiatric or cognitive impairments limiting group session participation
- Physical disability that may hinder participation in group sessions
- Irregular attendance or absenteeism from sessions
- Currently participating in a psychoeducation or psychotherapy group
