Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Female participants aged 18 to 55 years
- Constipation in the last 6 months
- Able to use smartphones and social media (WhatsApp and Instagram)
- No health problems that prevent exercise
- Able to communicate
- Literate
You will not qualify if you...
- No constipation in the last 6 months
- Pregnancy or recent pregnancy
- History of surgery
- Presence of a tumor
- Vertigo or use of bowel-regulating medication
- Previous physiotherapy for constipation
- Inflammatory bowel disease
