Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged 18 to 85 years
- Scheduled for unilateral total knee arthroplasty surgery
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1 to 3
You will not qualify if you...
- Under 18 years or over 85 years of age
- ASA physical status 4 or higher
- Cognitive impairment
- Infection at the injection site
- Allergy to local anesthesia
- Receiving anticoagulant therapy
- Bleeding disorders
- Chronic opioid or substance use
- Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus
- Neuropathy
- Hepatic or renal failure
- Do not accept the procedure to be applied
