Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Clinical diagnosis of stroke
- Age between 30 and 55 years
- Hemiplegic shoulder pain with a Visual Analog Scale score of 3 or higher and/or limited joint movement
- At least 6 months post-stroke (chronic phase)
- Active shoulder range of motion of at least 90 degrees in flexion and abduction
- Stable vital signs
- Voluntary participation with understanding of study purpose and signed informed consent form
You will not qualify if you...
- Serious orthopedic problems such as shoulder fractures, dislocations, or rotator cuff tears
- Skin lesions or circulatory disorders preventing flossband application
- Spasticity in the affected arm with Modified Ashworth Scale of 1 or higher
- Allergy to latex in the flossband material
- Acute inflammatory conditions or acute pain
