Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 years
- Premorbid modified Rankin Scale score between 0 and 2
- World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS) grade I to IV at enrollment
- Aneurysm treated by open surgery or endovascular means
- At least 24 hours have passed since aneurysm treatment
- No thrombolytic therapy received
- Vital signs appropriate (mean arterial pressure above 80 or 110 mm Hg)
- Signed informed consent
- Enrollment within 72 hours after hemorrhage onset
You will not qualify if you...
- Age under 18 years
- Traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage
- Incapacity or limited ability before hemorrhage
- Confirmed pregnancy
- Multiple aneurysms unless all are treated
