Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Male or female, any race
  • Age 50 years or older
  • Able to provide written informed consent or have a legally authorized representative to consent
  • For ADRD group: diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or early dementia due to ADRD, or biomarker diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease with or without symptoms
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Allergic reaction to [11C]-CS1P1 or its ingredients
  • Contraindications to PET, CT, or MRI such as incompatible medical devices or inability to lie still
  • Severe claustrophobia
  • Currently pregnant or breastfeeding women
  • Undergoing radiation therapy
  • Conditions increasing risk or interfering with study such as kidney or liver failure, advanced cancer
  • Recent serious heart conditions or abnormal ECG findings within last 6 months
  • Moderate to severe anemia with hemoglobin less than 9.9
  • Participation in other studies with radioactive agents in past 12 months exceeding radiation limits
