Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female, any race
- Age 50 years or older
- Able to provide written informed consent or have a legally authorized representative to consent
- For ADRD group: diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or early dementia due to ADRD, or biomarker diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease with or without symptoms
You will not qualify if you...
- Allergic reaction to [11C]-CS1P1 or its ingredients
- Contraindications to PET, CT, or MRI such as incompatible medical devices or inability to lie still
- Severe claustrophobia
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Undergoing radiation therapy
- Conditions increasing risk or interfering with study such as kidney or liver failure, advanced cancer
- Recent serious heart conditions or abnormal ECG findings within last 6 months
- Moderate to severe anemia with hemoglobin less than 9.9
- Participation in other studies with radioactive agents in past 12 months exceeding radiation limits
