- Diagnosis of Chronic Pancreatitis classified as "definite" or "probable" according to the M-ANNHEIM criteria
- First diagnosis evidence within 12 months before enrollment

- Age younger than 12 years
- History of Chronic Pancreatitis diagnosis confirmed more than 12 months before enrollment
