Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Low eHealth literacy (eHEALS scale score of 29 or less)
- No acute or untreated medical problems
- Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of 24 or higher
- Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) score less than 2
You will not qualify if you...
- Heart attack or stroke within the last 6 months
- Painful arthritis, spinal stenosis, amputation, painful foot lesions, or neuropathy limiting balance and mobility
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Advanced Parkinson's disease or other neuromuscular disorders
- Metastatic cancer or receiving immunosuppressive therapy
- Significant visual or hearing impairment
