Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- HIV test counselors must be 18 years or older
- Certified as an HIV test counselor in Miami-Dade or Broward County at enrollment
- Working or volunteering as an HIV test counselor in Miami-Dade or Broward County, testing 2 or more Latino MSM clients per month
- Plans to continue working or volunteering as an HIV test counselor in Miami-Dade or Broward County for the next 6 months
- Reports less than 90% fidelity to PrEP referral guidelines or unmet need for HIV referral resources
- Latino MSM must be 18 years or older
- Identify as Latino/a/x or Hispanic
- Identify as a sexual minority man or man who has sex with men
- Speak English and/or Spanish
- Received an HIV diagnostic test from a participating counselor or in the last 3 months
- Live in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County and plan to stay for the next 3 months
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to consent
- HIV test counselors with unverified roles or working in incarceration/prison settings
- Latino MSM unable to consent
